Daily Reset Terms of Service

Purpose of the App

Daily Reset is designed to provide educational information, self-help tools, guided exercises, and wellness resources intended to support emotional well-being and personal growth.

Daily Reset is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, crisis intervention, or mental health treatment.

No Therapist-Client Relationship

Using Daily Reset does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Michael Iorg, ACMHC, or any other person associated with the app.

Communications through the app are not confidential therapeutic communications.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Reset.

If you are under 18, you may only use the app with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Use the app lawfully.
• Use the app at your own discretion and risk.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer or copy app content.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content within Daily Reset, including text, audio recordings, graphics, logos, exercises, and educational materials, is owned by Daily Reset unless otherwise noted.

Account Termination

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or effectiveness for any individual user.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Reset and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
